How long can you…draw ?

Architecture, Art, NYC • 13.07.2011 | posted by

A nice idea and a contemporary style for James Gulliver Hancock, designer based in Brooklyn, that is drawing as many buildings as possible. Starting from his neighborhood and spreading to the city. Will he make it? You can back him up buying a very affordable piece of art on his blog:

QR Code invasion

Experiential, NYC • 24.02.2010 | posted by

Brands are using QR codes more and more. Consumers can access special content and competitions on their websites scanning posters on the go using their smart phones. No need to type anything: point, scan and go online! This one is a Sephora campaign spotted on Grand Street, NYC.

The kisses down Houston

Chocolate for Valentine’s day ? Let’s make it big! This is what they must have said… They are a larger version of the famous Hershey’s chocolate kisses made from bell bollards on Houston Street, New York City. I found it a great and inexpensive idea to promote their blog (Olga loves NYC).

Clean water on tap

Just back from New York City with some cool inspirations.
Time Square is one of the best places on earth to diffuse your message in the quickest and most effective way. Like this one I came across to have people refilling their bottles with fresh water on the go.  Basically a mobile version of a old fashioned drinking fountain,  not always available in modern cities.
